Furthermore, all products undergo rigorous simulated environment testing including high temperature, high pressure, and corrosion tests before being dispatched, ensuring they meet customer specifications. Production process control
Key production stages, such as size measurement and strength testing, are monitored online to ensure product compliance at each stage. We implement real-time monitoring during processes like heat treatment and welding to ensure that process parameters align with design specifications.

Finished product quality test
100% inspection of finished products, including dimensions, strength, and resistivity, ensures that the product pass rate is above 99%.
