Certifications

DLX Alloy has received ISO 9001 International Quality Management System Certification and SGS Certification. Our FeCrAl alloys,NiCr alloys, Inconel alloys, and other alloys meet international standards (e.g., ASTM, DIN, GB) and have passed authoritative certifications, including ISO 9001, TUV, CE, and RoHS. This ensures the high-quality standards and allows us to meet your specific requirements for customized processing, whether through sample processing, design, or manufacturing according to your detailed needs.
We invest substantial funds in research and development, continuously improving material formulations and production processes to enhance product quality and performance. All of our products are traceable from the source, and we implement comprehensive quality control at every stage, including raw materials, production processes, and finished products.

Factory

Our 12,000m² factory is equipped with complete capabilities for research, production, testing, and packaging. We strictly adhere to ISO 9001 standards in our production processes, with an annual output of 1,200 tons. This ensures that we meet both quantity and quality demands. Furthermore, all products undergo rigorous simulated environment testing including high temperature, high pressure, and corrosion tests before being dispatched, ensuring they meet customer specifications. We also provide chemical analysis reports for every FeCrAl alloy, NiCr alloy, and other products purchased.
For all our clients, we offer timely and multilingual after-sales support and technical consulting, helping you resolve any issues swiftly and efficiently.

Quality Control

Production process control
Key production stages, such as size measurement and strength testing, are monitored online to ensure product compliance at each stage. We implement real-time monitoring during processes like heat treatment and welding to ensure that process parameters align with design specifications.

Finished product quality test
100% inspection of finished products, including dimensions, strength, and resistivity, ensures that the product pass rate is above 99%.

* Chemical composition analysis: We have two spectrometers for confirming product compositions through spectral analysis.
* Structural analysis: Equipped with an electron microscope, we can analyze the microscopic structure of materials.
* Mechanical performance testing: Tests include tensile, impact, and elasticity assessments.
* Non-destructive testing: We use an X-ray inspection machine for scanning, radiographic testing, and methods like magnetic particle or penetration testing to ensure the products are free from cracks, porosity, or other defects.
* Appearance inspection: We check the surface of the products for smoothness, and ensure there are no scratches, rust, or other surface defects.
