ERNi-1 nickel welding wire uses:
ERNi-1 nickel welding wire is mainly used for welding industrial pure nickel.
Precautions for welding ERNi-1 nickel wire:
1. The welding joint must be thoroughly cleaned of oil, rust, moisture and other surface impurities. 2. When welding, use small line energy and it is recommended to use a lower inter-pass temperature.
3. The purity of the argon gas used must be above 99.99% and the gas flow control must be appropriate. Usually welding electrodes
When the flow is 100-200A, the gas flow rate is about 10-15L/min.
4. Appropriate wind protection facilities must be provided during welding, otherwise the protective gas will be easily affected by the wind and the gas protection will not be sufficient.
It will cause the weld bead to deteriorate and cause pores.
5. Properly select the nozzle and control the appropriate extension length of the tungsten electrode.
