ERCuNi5Fe1/ CuNi5Fe1 Copper Nickel Alloy MIG Welding Wire

ERCuNi5Fe1 wire is used for semi-automatic and argon-arc welding of copper-nickel alloys, copper-nickel alloys and copper with bronze, brass steel (carbon, alloy and corrosion-resistant), repair of defects, casting defects, non-through cracks in cast iron products, for welding copper-nickel pipes from alloy MNZh 5-1, which are used for steam turbine building and in heat exchangers operating in sea water. Nickel provides resistance to corrosion, iron - high strength, a combination of manganese, silicon and titanium increases the wear resistance of the seam. 

IMPORTANT! 
When welding cast iron products, to increase the ductility of the weld metal, it is possible to forge the deposited metal in a hot state to reduce the level of welding stresses. Forging is mandatory, as this reduces the risk of cracking in the near-weld zone.
