Changzhou DLX Alloy Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 with a deliberate choice: to manufacture nickel alloys, and only nickel alloys, in a facility designed for that purpose. Over two decades, that choice has proven its value. The melting furnace has never seen a stainless steel charge — so there is no residual chromium to contaminate a pure nickel melt. The rolling mill has never processed copper — so there are no copper fines embedded in the work rolls to transfer to the nickel surface. The drawing dies have never drawn steel — so there is no iron transfer to the wire surface. The annealing furnaces have never run a carburizing atmosphere for steel — so there is no carbon pickup on the nickel.
These are not marketing claims. They are the physical reality of a facility where every piece of equipment, every operator, and every quality procedure serves one material. The result is nickel wire that is measurably cleaner at the surface — where contamination matters — than wire from multi-alloy mills.
