Molybdenum-rhenium alloy is an alloy composed of tungsten as the matrix and rhenium elements of different contents. Molybdenum and rhenium are both refractory metals. The combination of the two components makes molybdenum-rhenium alloy have the high-temperature physical properties of rhenium, the good mechanical properties of molybdenum, and the inherent excellent properties of molybdenum-rhenium alloy. The rolling deformation can reach 90%. Adding 47.5% or 41% rhenium to molybdenum forms a molybdenum-rhenium alloy (nominal composition is 50% Mo + 50% Re), and its ductility, welding performance and forming performance are greatly improved. Even after high temperature, molybdenum-rhenium alloy can still maintain good ductility. Molybdenum-rhenium alloy is widely used in the electronics industry, nuclear industry and aerospace industry.

Aerospace: Molybdenum-rhenium alloy is used in high-temperature parts and temperature measurement systems, structural materials, space reactor heating tubes, etc. in the aerospace field.

Semiconductor industry: Molybdenum-rhenium alloys are used for high-temperature components, thermocouple wires, etc. in equipment used in the semiconductor industry.
Industrial furnaces: heating elements in high-temperature furnaces.
